Karelian national wheat cakes. The dough for them is made on a dough of flour, yeast and milk. Prepared by frying in ghee. Incisions are applied to the surface of acid moss for quick readiness. Served with milk and cream.
This dish is typical for residents of the north of Russia and Karelia .
