General Information
Vitaly - the eldest of two children, Victoria and Anatoly Dyachenko; Her brother's name is Sergey.
Russian woman first tried tennis at the age of five. Vitaly is prone to injuries (in the mid-2000s, she missed two years of competition due to a shoulder injury; then she recovered for two years after a meniscus injury in 2011).
Sports career
- Early years
In April 2007, Vitaly made her debut in ITF tournaments at competitions in Dubai ; a couple of months later, they managed to get the first doubles final - in Bosnian Sarajevo , where they managed to get the first experience of a lost title match. In November of the same year, the Russian woman for the first time reached the title match in a single competition - in London , having won the title right away (during the competition three matches were won by players of the second half thousand rating). In July of the following year, Dyachenko won his first two victories over Top200 players - Margit RΓΌΓΌtel and Renata Vorochova were defeated on the way to the tournament semifinal in Dnepropetrovsk . In December of the same year, the second singles title was won in the ITF singles competition - Ursula Radvanska was replayed in the finals of the 75th thousandth in Dubai .
In February 2009, a Russian woman for the first time played in the main draw of the WTA singles : after qualifying, she managed to reach the second round of the tournament in Pattaya ; In the same place, in the doubles tournament, she managed to get to her first final at a similar level: together with the Ukrainian Julia Beigelzimer she lost the decisive game to the alliance of Yaroslav Shvedov / Tamarin Tanasugarn . A few months later, in May, Vitaly made her debut at the adult Grand Slam tournament in France , where she also for the first time won the match against the current rival from the rating. In the second round of the Paris tournament, Vitaly also first crossed paths with the current first racket of the world in the protest: against Dinara Safina she managed to take only two games.
In the second half of the season, Dyachenkoβs results continue to stand out from time to time against the general background - in August, she improves the result of her highest status win, in the first round of New Haven qualification , beating Andrea Petkovich, then 52nd racket of the world. A few weeks later - in Tashkent - Vitaly for the second time reached the final of the pair competition of the association, but again lost - together with Ekaterina Degalevich losing to the alliance Olga Govortsova / Tatyana Puchek . At the end of the season, at a tournament in Minsk , Vitaly receives a relatively serious injury, which does not play for several months, missing the Australian Grand Slam tournament.
Having returned to duty in February, she could not achieve results in singles, gaining a few victories, but through the tournament she showed good results in a pair - Vitaly three times reached the final of the border competition between ITF and WTA tournaments. A certain turning point was outlined in August - having beaten Ksenia Pervak in the first round of the 50-thousand-strong team in Kazan , Dyachenko later made it to the tournament finals. Until the end of that season, we managed to win several local victories in the ITF competitions, which allowed us to save a place in the Top200. In a pair, Vitaly wins a couple of tournaments of the same organization, due to which November 1 rises to the best position in his career in the doubles ranking, becoming the 65th.
- 2011-13 year
Rare performances in the first half of the 2011 season did not allow to get the necessary sports uniform. Closer to summer, things began to gradually change for the better: Vitaly first reaches the final of the selection for Roland Garros , and then breaks into the main net of Wimbledon , where in only three sets is inferior to the 23rd racket of the world Daniele Gantukhova . Success continued then on the hard series: Dyachenko first reaches the semi-finals of the tournament in British Woking , and then wins the 100-thousandth in Astana , having beaten the 91st racket of the world Akgul Amanmuradova in the final. Preparation for the US Open ends at the home tournament in Kazan , where Dyachenko reaches the semifinals, but is forced to withdraw from the tournament due to regular health problems. Problems at the tournament in Tatarstan do not affect the US championship in any way - the Russian woman is not without problems, but passes (for the first time in her career) selection at the local Grand Slam tournament and becomes the basis, where China Zheng Jie is inferior in equal fight.
The doubles year was more successful: during the clay series, the Russian woman, speaking with different partners, celebrates in the semifinals of the WTA tournaments in Marbella and Stuttgart . Later, already during the hard series, the tournament in Astana already mentioned above was won in the doubles. Then Vitaly reaches the finals of the 50,000th man in Kazan , but refuses the opportunity to compete for the title after removing the loner in the semi-finals. At the US Open, Dyachenko, together with Ukrainian Olga Savchuk , overcomes the round, losing in the second round to the strong pair Sanya Mirza / Vesnina .
The Russian woman began the final segment of the season at a tournament in Uzbekistan , where on the fifth attempt she was able to win her first WTA tournament . Then Vitaly reached the quarter-finals at the 75-thousandth in Shrewsbury and went through the selection at the WTA tournament in Linz . In late October, Dyachenko, paired with Elena Vesnina, confidently moved along the net at the Kremlin Cup , but having unsuccessfully reached for the ball in the 1/4 final match, she torn the meniscus and was forced to withdraw from the game. [2] An operation was later performed. The recovery dragged on, and the next two years the Russian woman played extremely sporadically, finally returning to regular doubles games only in October 2013, and a couple of months later to singles. The period turned out to be very successful: Dyachenko won her second tournament in a pair (at the 75th thousandth in Dubai with Olga Savchuk ) and her debut title in singles (having defeated Marta Sirotkin in the finals of the 50th thousandth in Ankara ).
- year 2014
The bright surge at the end of the previous season, however, did not have a quick continuation in 2014: the Russian woman began the season with small federation tournaments and only having felt confidence in the games there began to play larger tournaments. The first noticeable surge in the form occurred at the end of July, when Vitaly was able to win both the single and double title in the one-thousand-strong in Astana in one week, but until October she continued to play ITF tournaments and only at the Kremlin Cup made a full attempt to play at the WTA tournament . The moment was chosen very well: the Russian woman confidently qualified for the home tournament, and then made her way to the quarterfinals, beating Dominika Tsibulkova and losing the future champion Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in equal fight. Moscow success was supplemented a few weeks later by the first single title at tournaments of a similar level - at the side event of the association in Taipei , where Dyachenko outplayed Zhan Yunzhan in the decisive match. The season ended at 75 thousandth in Dubai , where Vitaly defended her last year's doubles title and reached the semifinals in singles.
