Under the mountain, near the channel of the river that once flowed here, archaeologists discovered a kind of workshop for manufacturing tools, which existed here in the transition from the Paleolithic to the Neolithic time. Here, primitive artisans made darts, arrows, and incisors.
In 1904, the Theodosian Joseph Bianchi, in his garden at the foot of Pasha Tepe, while digging a well, discovered a source of healing mineral water. Studies have shown that the water found is close in composition to the Caucasian Essentuki No. 20 and the Austrian Obersalzbrunn. Joseph Bianchi called the water "Pasha Tepe". In 1916, water was awarded at the International Exhibition of the Gold Medal. Before the revolution, on the Feodosia embankment, next to the baths, there was an elegant pavilion "Pasha-Tepe", where you could drink healing water. During the Civil War, the well was abandoned. After many years, it was cleaned and started to exploit, and then mineral water received a new name - "Theodosian".
In the sixties of the last century, a TV tower was built on top of Pasha-Tepe. Then the slopes of the mountain were planted with Crimean pine . One of the most difficult motocross slopes in the Soviet Union passed along the mountain slopes, and now there are several difficult downhill trails built by local cyclists.
