Length - 339 km, basin area - 8110 km². It originates in the Vershinonurolsky swamp (the Malaya and Bolshaya Nyurolka rivers flowing from it merge into the Nyurolka itself). The food is mixed, with a predominance of snow. The average annual water flow is 11 km from the mouth of about 60 m³ / s.
It freezes in late October - early November, opens in late April - the 1st half of May. Alloy.
On the river is the village of Myldzhino .
