Story
Bailiff Joe is an ardent advocate of justice. On duty, he has to carry out the death sentences. But most of those sentenced are innocent. They are falsely accused by local politician David, who reigns supreme in these parts with the support of a gang of robbers and murderers. Joe cunningly saves the "gallows" from death and collects them into a team ready to challenge the all-powerful David.
