The Trophée Eric Bompard 2009 Tournament is the first stage of the 2009-2010 Figure Skating Grand Prix . Held in Paris from October 15 to 18, 2009 . The tournament was organized by the French Ice Sports Federation in conjunction with the ISU .

- At this tournament, South Korean loner Kim Yong A set a new world record for total points for a free program - 133.95 and for total points - 210.03. Previous records also belonged to her and were set at the Cup of Russia 2007 tournament and 2009 world championship , respectively.
