Verkh-Tyush is a village in the Oktyabrsky District of the Perm Territory , the center of the Verkh-Tyushevsky rural settlement . Located on the Tyush River, a right tributary of the Iren River.

History
The settlement arose at the confluence of the village of Verkh-Tyush I and the village of Verkh-Tyush II (both known from the 19th century ) inhabited by Tatars , Mari, and Russians .
In November 1929, a collective farm called the Internationale appeared in the village of Verkh-Tyush I, and later (until 1959) the agricultural farm named after them was located there. Molotov (from July 9, 1957 - Avangard). In October 1987, the collective farm "Avangard" was restored.
Verkh-Tyush for some time was the center of the Mosinsky village council . In 2005, the Upper-Tyushevsky rural settlement was formed by uniting the village councils: Mosinsky, Altynnovsky and Verkh-Tyushevsky. The center of the newly formed rural settlement is the village of Verkh-Tyush.
