Dorothy Jordan ( born Dorothea Jordan ), nee Bland ( born Bland ; November 21, 1761 , near Waterford - July 5, 1816 , Saint Cloud ) is a British actress, a long-term companion to the life of Duke Clarence (future King William IV ).

One of the descendants of Dorothy Jordan and William IV is British Prime Minister David Cameron . Also among their descendants are Duff Cooper , John Norwich , William Sidney , Andrew Bertie , Johnny Dumfries .
Her life is dedicated to the novel by D. Playdy "The Goddess of the Green Room."

From the marriage to the Duke of Clarensk, the future King William IV, ten children were born:
- (1794-1842) - was married to Mary Windham, had seven children; in 1831, King William IV granted him the title of Count of Munster;

- Sophia Fitzclarence (1796–1837), the wife of , 1st Baron de L'Ail and Dudley, had four children;
- (1798-1864) - the wife of General , did not have children;
- (1799-1854) - husband of Augusta Boyle, had two children;
- (1801-1856) - the wife of , 18th Earl of Errol, had four children; Prime Minister David Cameron is her descendant.
- (1802-1856) - was not married, had no children;
- Augusta Fitzclarence (1803-1865) - the wife of John F. Kennedy-Erskine, then - Lord , in her first marriage had three children;
- (1805-1854) - was married to Sarah Gordon, had six children;
- Amelia Fitzclarence (1807-1858) - wife of , 10th Viscount of Falkland, had one son.
