Group History
Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker have been friends since childhood, living next door in one of the districts of London. After graduating from school, both went to study as a recording engineer. They began their careers in 1990 at the Rak studio, which was headed by Mickie Most (Mickie Most).
In 2001, they released their debut album, entitled “ Simple Things, ” which was recognized by both music lovers and critics alike. Such talented vocalists as Mozez, Sia Furler and Sophie Barker took part in the recording of the album.
The second studio album “ When It Falls ” was recorded in March 2004 . In addition to the familiar Sia Förler, they invited two new vocalists, Tina Dico and Yvonne John Lewis. This disc (despite the fact that there were no 100% hits on the album) went up to Thor 3 on the US electronic chart and even appeared on the Billboard 200 .
Wanting to get back to basics, the duo released their third album, The Garden , in May 2006 . Only two vocalists took part in the record: Sia Förler and José González. The album debuted for Henry Binns as a vocalist.
In September 2009, a new, fourth in a row, studio album “ Yeah Ghost ” was released. The vocalists Eska Mtungwazi, Martha Tilston and Rowdy Superstar were involved in the work on the album.
