History

The station was opened on December 27, 2003 as part of the section “ Starokachalovskaya Street ” - “Buninskaya Alley”, after commissioning of which there were 170 stations in the Moscow Metro.

Feature

The design of the station is elevated with an island platform, built on a flyover, a typical design. Platform length: 90 m, platform width: 7 m, platform height: 9.6 m.

There is one lobby (west) at the station, facing the Buninsky alley. An elevator for lowering and raising wheelchairs is mounted at the eastern end of the platform . The platform is closed from precipitation by a metal canopy, which is supported by a number of paired supports along the axis of the station. Paths from the outside are covered by an anti-noise screen.

Track Development

Dead ends

Behind the station there is a single-track dead end used for the turnover of trains, and designed for eight standard-length cars in length.

Perspectives

In the future, it is planned to extend the line to Novokuryanovo with three new stations and an electric depot.
