Biography
Born May 13, 1955 in the city of Alma-Ata .
In 1972 he graduated from the Tashkent Higher Tank Command School.
He began the officer service as a tank platoon commander. Later he served as deputy tank company commander for the technical part of the tank regiment, platoon cadet commander, cadet company commander, tank battalion commander for the educational process of the Chelyabinsk Higher Tank Command School.
In 1990 he graduated from the Military Academy of Armored Forces and was appointed commander of a tank battalion of a tank regiment. Later he served as chief of staff - deputy commander of a tank regiment, commander of a tank regiment.
From August 1994 to September 1997 he served as the head of the group, the head of the Operations Department, and the deputy chief of the Department of Operational Planning of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 1997 - chief of staff - deputy commander of the Army Corps.
In April 2000, by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In April 2007, by Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed commander of the troops of the Vostok Regional Command.
On March 11, 2010 he was relieved of his post in connection with the transfer to another job [1] .
