Biography
Born on August 9 ( August 22 ), 1910 in Nizhyn (now Chernihiv Oblast , Ukraine ). He graduated from the faculty of directing film institute in Kiev (1934). He worked at the A.P. Dovzhenko film studio in Kiev.
He died on August 2, 1986 . He was buried in Kiev at the Baykovsky cemetery .
