In 1882, the Zemstvo three-year school was opened, in 1886 - the Zemstvo elementary school and the second Zemstvo school. In 1904, a new school was built with a four-year term of study. Until 1905, the village developed slowly. The turning point is the opening of the Vyatka - St. Petersburg railway. Merchants and entrepreneurs began to come to Bogorodskoye, the construction of two-story houses, shops, shopping centers, warehouses began. In a short time, the village became a major shopping center. In seven years, about 80 houses were erected, 5 streets formed. By 1917, the village had 90 residential buildings, a stone church, two elementary schools, more than 20 merchant shops, 12 storage rooms, two steam mills, several craft and handicraft workshops.

After the revolution, in 1924 the village was renamed the town of Leninskoye and was so called until January 10, 1945, when it was transformed by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR into the working village of Leninskoye. Schools of cutting and sewing, agronomists, livestock breeders, collective farm accountants have opened. At the beginning of the 30s, a two-story hospital building was built, an industrial plant, procurement points and bases, a timber industry enterprise, a food factory are working, and a house of councils was built.
