Biography

In 1932 he graduated from the Kharkov Zootechnical Institute .

In 1932-1952 - on responsible work in the Ukrainian SSR.

  • 1932-1946 - Lecturer, deputy director of the Lipkuvat College (Kharkov region),
  • 1933-1938 - Director and teacher of Mariupol, Donetsk state farm technical school,
  • 1938-1941 - Director of the Kharkov Zootechnical Institute,
  • 1942-1944 - Director of the Tomsk Veterinary College,
  • 1944-1946 - Director of the Kharkov Veterinary Institute,
  • 1946-1947 - First Deputy Minister of Livestock of the Ukrainian SSR,
  • January-February 1947 - Minister of Livestock of the Ukrainian SSR,
  • 1947-1949 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR,
  • 1949-1950 - Minister of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR,
  • 1950-1952 - First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR.

In 1952-1953 - First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Stavropol Regional Council, and. about. Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Stavropol Regional Council.

  • 1961-1965 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tselinnaya Regional Council of Workers' Deputies,
  • 1965-1973 - Minister of Agriculture of the USSR [1] ,
  • 1973-1980 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USSR in Czechoslovakia.

Since 1980, a personal pensioner of national importance.

Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1956-1961, 1966-1981). Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 3-8 convocations. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine (1949-1952). Member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine (1950-1952). Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 2nd-3rd convocations.

He was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
