Vivien de Monbranc ( fr. Vivien de Monbranc ) is a character in French chansons de geste , and later in Ferrara poems ( Boyardo , Ariosto ). Son of Beuva d' Egremona , twin brother Mozhisa , separated from him in infancy.

A poem of the XIII century about the war of Vivien with the Saracens, who besieged Monbranque. Vivien Esclarmonde's wife sends for help to Beuva and his brothers. Those in turn send messengers to Charlemagne, but he refuses to help, and Bev quarrels with the emperor. During hostilities Vivien is captured, but Mozhis releases him. In the general battle, the Franks win, but suffer heavy losses.
