Club House - in the post-Soviet space an elite low-rise apartment building built (or renovated) according to an exclusive project in a prestigious landscaped area for a narrow circle of residents belonging to the same social class.
Characteristic signs of the club house are : original architectural solution, well thought-out layout , high ceilings , high-quality building and finishing materials , expensive interior and exterior .
Club house infrastructure requirements are : convenient location , fenced and guarded territory , private underground parking , all communications , a beautiful entrance group, multi-level air-conditioning systems, autonomous heating system (mini boiler room ).
The infrastructure of the club house may include a fireplace room, a pool, a sauna, a smoking room , a fitness room , a billiard room , an artesian well , etc.
History
In the early 2000s . in Moscow , active restoration construction of Ostozhenka and nearby streets began, which gave a new impetus to the construction of club-type houses, as they were built according to individual projects and did not violate the architectural appearance of Moscow.
Applicants for settlement were asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire , which then passed the test (asked questions about criminal record , business , hobby ). If a potential buyer met all the necessary criteria, he became a full-fledged tenant of a club house [1] .
Clubhouse Features
The club house differs from ordinary residential complexes by careful selection of tenants who have a similar social status and life philosophy . Having an apartment in a club house is considered prestigious, future neighbors are chosen in advance. The selection of tenants involved in specialized agencies, developers. In some cases, before buying, future tenants are invited to have an interview or provide a recommendation from one of the potential neighbors.
