Career

Jörg's first professional club was Karl Zeiss, to which he came from a youth team and played two matches. Having played with varying success in the season at Nuremberg, Frankfurt Eintracht and Munich 1860, he moved to Arminia, where he became the main player and played two seasons. After successes in “Arminia” he was signed by “Schalke 04”, which urgently needed a left-foot midfielder. Böhme played the most successful segment in his professional career for gelzenkirhentsev. Over four seasons, he spent 101 matches and scored 23 goals. A place at the base was reserved by him. After leaving Schalke in 2004, he played two more seasons in Glabbakh Borussia and Arminia. In 2008, Boehme ended his career by spending a total of 276 matches and scoring 34 goals.
