Iranian Popular Partisans-Fidaines ( Persian چريکهای فدایی خلق ایران ) - Iranian left-wing radical organization of urban partisans , which appeared in 1979 during the split in OPFIN . It waged an armed struggle against the shah regime and the ayatollah regime that replaced it during the Islamic revolution . The head is Ashraf Dehgani .
