Geographic data
Located in the central part of the district, it borders:
- in the north with the Oktyabrsky rural settlement , Pervomaisky rural settlement and the Yakshursky rural settlement
- in the east with a Kazmas rural settlement
- in the southeast with the Golyanskiy rural settlement
- in the south with the Babin rural settlement
- in the southwest with the Kamensky rural settlement
- in the west with the territory subordinated to the mayor's office of Izhevsk
The Pozim River flows through its territory, its tributaries Bydvayka and Martyanovka and the bydvayka Shurdymka .
History
The Zavyalovsky village council of the Zavyalovo volost was formed in 1924 [3] . In 1929, it is part of the newly formed Izhevsk district [4] , and in 1939 - in the Zavyalovsky district. In 1954, the Novochultemsky Village Council joined it [5] .
In 1994, the village council was transformed into the Zavyalovsky rural administration, and in 2005, as a result of the reform of local self-government , into the Zavyalovskoye municipal formation (rural settlement) [6] .
