Biography
Born July 19, 1924. On July 23, 1937, Martha’s father, Vladimir Efimovich Tsifrinovich , who headed the Soyuzkali trust, was arrested. On January 14, 1938, he was shot, and on February 9, 1938, they were arrested as a member of the family of the traitor of the Motherland and Marta’s mother, Tsiva Markovna Tsifrinovich. Marta began to write letters to Stalin every day and ask him to reconsider his parents' case. Suddenly, this had an effect: on November 15, 1939, Tsiva Markovna was released from the Akmola camp of wives of traitors to the motherland [1] [2] .
In 1946, Marta Tsifrinovich graduated from the Republican courses of directors and puppet theater artists under the leadership of Sergei Obraztsov . Since 1948, she worked in the Central House of Artists (TsDRI) as the head of the amateur children's puppet theater. In 1951 she became an entertainer. Together with the artist, Ekaterina Beklesheva, she came up with a satirical puppet character - “candidate of the milking sciences” Venus Mikhailovna Pustomelskaya. The numbers with this doll have been included in the repertoire of the artist since 1955, with her Tsifrinovich performed in 13 countries in different countries of the world. Due to the fact that in 2008-2009 Tsifrinovich donated a personal archive and a collection of dolls to the Bakhrushin Theater Museum, the museum organized an exhibition “Everything is like dolls for people: Marta Tsifrinovich”.
Died July 15, 2009. She was buried in Moscow at the Vagankovsky cemetery (23rd section) [3] .
