Biography
He graduated from the University of Palermo , where he studied philosophy and art history. The first album Religious Holidays in Sicily was published in 1965 (text - Leonardo Sasha , honorary mention at the Nadar Prize Competition, 1966 ). In 1967 he moved to Milan , collaborated with the weekly Euroopeo . In the 1970s, he wrote for French newspapers and magazines. In 1977 he published the albums “Sicilians” (in France) and “Villa of the Monsters” , in 1989 - “Forms of Chaos” (with the foreword of M. Vasquez Montalban ).
I got acquainted with Cartier-Bresson , since 1982 I started working for the Magnum agency, in 1989 I became its full-time employee. He is also engaged in fashion photography.
