Story
In the vicinity of the small American town of Evans in the state of Pennsylvania, an airplane crashes, carrying samples of a virus developed by the military.
After the virus enters the city’s water supply system, an epidemic of madness begins. People go crazy, fall into a rage, begin to lash out at each other indiscriminately.
The military arrives in the city and establishes a quarantine, and all those infected are collected in the school building. A professor arrives in the city to develop a virus to create a vaccine. Meanwhile, the option of destroying the city with an atomic bomb is being discussed. A group of people are trying to escape from the city: two firefighters, one with a pregnant wife and a father with a daughter.
