Biography
Born in 1915 in the Alekseevsky district of the Akmola region. In 1940 he graduated from the Kazakh State University. Kirov. From 1940 to 1942 he was the first secretary of the Almaty Komsomol Regional Committee.
From 1942 to 1946 - participant of the Great Patriotic War. [one]
In 1946-48 - second secretary of the Narynkol district party committee. From 1952 to 1955 he was the second secretary of the Alma-Ata city party committee. In 1961-64 he was the second secretary of the Semipalatinsk regional party committee. From 1968 to 1977, he was the rector of the Alma-Ata Higher Party School (AVPG), which now houses KIMEP .
