Golyansky Village Council was formed in the Golyansky parish of Sarapulsky district. In 1924, he entered the newly formed Sarapulsky District , which was then part of the Urals Region . When renaming the village of Golyan into Raskolnikov in honor of FF Raskolnikov , the village council was also renamed Raskolnikov.
In 1935, together with the Dokshinsky Village Council (the center is the village of Doksha ), it was transferred to the Izhevsk district , but already in 1936 - to the Zavyalovsky district [3] . In 1938, the village council again became Golyanovsky. In 1954, the Dokshinsky Village Soviet joined him [4] .
In 1994 the village council was transformed into the Golyansky rural administration, and in 2005 into the Golyanskoe municipal formation (rural settlement) [2] .
