Biography
1960 - graduated from the 63rd seven-year school.
1964 - Graduated from the Riga Electromechanical College.
1971 - graduated from the Latvian State University .
1965 - 1972 - Academy of Sciences of the Latvian SSR, Institute of Physics and Energy, Institute of Physics - engineer.
1972— 1981 - RCAII - Department of Physics.
1981–1990 - SKB MHD Institute of Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Latvian SSR — head of design.
1990–1993 - Deputy of the Supreme Council of Latvia , member of the Equality Faction.
1993–2001 - Journalist of the Panorama Latvia newspaper.
2001 - elected to the Riga City Council from the FHRTU according to the quota of “Equality” (re-elected in 2005).
2001–2005 - Chairman of the Committee on Property and Privatization of the Riga City Council.
2003 —2005 - chairman of the FHRTU faction in the Riga City Council.
2007 - signed a cooperation agreement with the CA , expelled from FHRUL.
2009 - re-elected deputy of the Republic of Dagestan from the CA.
2010 - elected Chairman of the Committee for Urban Development of the Republic of Dagestan (held office until 2012).
