The village of Varvarovka is located about 15 km southwest of the center of Bakhmach . The average height of the village is 148 m above sea level. The village is located in the temperate temperate continental zone .

The national composition is represented mainly by Ukrainians , the confessional composition - by Christians .

History

The party cell was created in 1928, the first Komsomol cell in 1924. Varvarovka was founded in the first half of the XIX century. Soviet power was established in January 1918. 166 villagers fought on the fronts of World War II against the German troops, 67 of them were awarded orders and medals of the USSR, 67 - they died the death of the brave. In 1957, a monument was erected in Varvarovka in honor of the liberating soldiers and fellow villagers who fell in the battles for freedom and independence of the motherland.
