The Islamic Cultural Center Al-Manar (since 1994) is a mosque and cultural organization of the city of Kharkov .

Location
The mosque is located in the center of Kharkov, not far from the metro station "Ploshchad Vosstaniya", on the back of the Kharkov department store, in the building of the Byt House (known to Kharkov people as "Birch") on the 3rd floor. Opposite the public service building is the Claudia Shulzhenko House Museum.

- Al-Manar Mosque (Prayer Hall) (holds approximately 500 believers) - a place where five-time prayers are held daily, according to the schedule; Friday prayer (Salat al-Jum'a) with a sermon. During Friday prayers , the hutba is read in Arabic and Russian.
- 3 classrooms - 3 classrooms with the ability to conduct lessons, lectures, seminars. Equipped with computers with Internet access .
- Large meeting room with movie projector.
- Reception - equipped with sofas, tables, a TV, video and audio equipment and satellite TV.

Monday:
Every Monday at 16:30 classes for women are held:
"Fundamentals of Shariah Sciences", "Biography of the Prophet Muhammad (sab)."
At 17:00, the Women's Club begins in the library. During the Women's Club, lectures are given on religious, medical and general educational topics. Religious and intellectual entertainment competitions are also held. At the end of the Women's Club, women hold a "spiritual tea party" gathering at a common table or play sports (tennis) at will.
Thursday:
Every Thursday at 4:30 p.m. is an introduction to reading the Qur'an (for beginners).
At 17:00 - the lesson of the Koran.
Friday:
Salat al-Juma is held every Friday (Friday prayer, obligatory for men. For women, optional). Recently, with an influx of believers, people have been praying throughout the complex (excluding sanitary facilities), and even have to pray at the stairwells throughout the public service building and even on the street in front of it. Kyyam is held once a month. During Ramadan and other holidays, Iftar is held.
Saturday and Sunday:
On Saturday and Sunday in the building of the Al-Manar Cultural and Cultural Center, Sunday school classes are held where everyone can study the Arabic language and culture of the East, regardless of age. Registration for classes is carried out every six months (end of August and in January). Classes are free.
Every Sunday, a men's club operates in the premises of a large conference room.
Visitors
Visitors to Al-Manar Mosque are very different in ethno-significance . The mosque is regularly visited by representatives of Arab countries, Chechens, Tatars, Turkmens, Tajiks, Uzbeks, Pakistanis, Africans, Russians, Ukrainians, as well as representatives of several other Muslim countries. Most of them are students.
