Born in 1948 in the family of the architect M.V. Posokhin .

  • 1976 Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture and Postgraduate Studies, candidate of architecture.
  • 1972 - present vr. Works in the system of design institutes of the Moscow Architecture Committee.
  • 1982 - present vr. Head of the architectural and design workshop "Mosproekt-2" named after M.V. Posokhin.
  • 1993 - present vr. General Director of Mosproject-2 named after M.V. Posokhin.
  • 1997 - 2013. First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Architecture Committee.
  • 2002 - present vr. Academician-Secretary of the Department of Architecture of the Russian Academy of Arts.
  • 2006 - present vr. Vice President of the Russian Academy of Arts.
  • October 28, 2010 - November 25, 2014. President of the National Association of Designers .
  • November 25, 2014 - present vr. President of the National Association of Surveyors and Designers .

Using his managerial positions and official position, an architect and an experienced functionary for managing the design institute contributed to the “inclusion” in the authorship of more than 260 projects of public buildings and structures that form the modern look of Moscow and its center. One of the "figures" of the " Luzhkov style " in the architecture of Moscow [1] [2] .

  • Reconstruction of the church in the name of Christ the Savior (2000) The sculptural decoration was made under the direction of Z. Tsereteli . Instead of the original white stone cladding, the building received a marble one, and the gilded roof was replaced with a titanium nitride- based coating.   • Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center and the Opera House housing estate (1994-2001, 25 Ostozhenka ). The building was built on the site of the only square in Ostozhenka with a violation of the regulations - that is, higher than what was originally stated and bypassing the restrictions established for the city’s conservation area [6] .
