Content

History

The College of Radio Electronics named after P.N. Yablochkov was founded in 1899 by the decision of the Saratov City Council, as an intermediate mexico-chemical school. The author of the school building project and the first director was a graduate of the Petersburg Technological Institute N. A. Panov . In 1912, the school represented Russia at the international exhibition in the city of Liège ( Belgium ), where it won the Grand Prix.

In 1964, the college building completely burned out as a result of the fire . In 1968, the building was restored, while two floors were added to the old two-story building. In 1972, the college was awarded I place in the review of secondary specialized educational institutions of the country , and as a result received the right to exhibit at VDNH in the pavilion "Public Education". In 1998, the College of Radio Electronics became one of the departments of the Saratov State University [1] .

  • 1967 - Technical electronic devices named after P.N. Yablochkov.
  • 1992 - The College of Radio Electronics named after P.N. Yablochkov.

In 2019, the College marks 120 years since the opening. The largest events will be held in October 2019
