The Ivacević region of the Polesie voivodship ( Polish. Powiat iwacewicki , Belorussian Ivatsevitsky Pavets of the Palesskoye Voyavodstvo ) is an administrative-territorial unit of the Polesie Voivodship of the Second Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth . It was founded on March 1, 1935 on the territory of the liquidated Kosovo district of the Polesie Voivodeship [1] [2] , and was abolished after the Soviet invasion in September 1939 . The center of the district is Ivatsevichi . It consisted of 6 rural communes and 2 cities. The total area of ​​the district is 3578 km².
