- Graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics
- Head of the Laboratory of Electronic Accelerators.
- Corresponding Member of the Department of Physical and Technical Problems of Energy (Energy) since May 30, 1997
- Director of the Institute of Electrophysics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1999.
