Career

Adanzinho began his career in the youth composition of the club “ Diario Office ”, and from 1938 to 1942 he played for the first team of this, now defunct, club. In 1943, Adanzinho moved to Internacional . With Inter, in the second season, Adanzinho won the state championship , and he won a total of 5 regional competitions with Internacional. Adanzinho was very productive in the Internationale derby with Gremio's club: in 30 matches he scored 16 goals. In 1951, Adanzin moved to the Flamengo club, spending 3 seasons on the team and playing 104 matches in which he scored 49 goals. He ended his career in the team " XV November " from Zhau .

In the Brazilian national team Adanzinho spent 3 games. He made his debut in the team on April 4, 1947 in a match with Uruguay , held the second match on April 11, 1948, again with Uruguay, and the last game on June 11, 1950 with the team of the state of São Paulo. In the same 1950, Adanzino went to the World Cup , but did not enter the field.
