The flag was approved on May 3, 2007 by a decision of the Council of the Proletarian Rural Settlement No. 112 [1] and entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 3388.
Description
"Rectangular blue with white wavy stripes on the upper and lower edges of the panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, bearing in the middle the white figures of the coat of arms of the Proletarian rural settlement."
The emblemβs figures are two white swans swimming with raised wings.
Justification of Symbols
The flag in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the natural and economic characteristics of the rural settlement.
Geographically, the rural settlement consists of two farms: Proletarsky and Babiche-Korenovsky , which is allegorically reflected on the flag with images of two silver swans, symbolizing the strength of relations between the inhabitants of these settlements. The image of swans also symbolizes friendships, beauty, love and suggests that these birds winter in large numbers on the reservoirs of the settlement.
The blue color of the field symbolizes honor, nobility, spirituality and beautiful reservoirs of the settlement.
White color ( silver ) symbolizes purity, perfection, peace and mutual understanding.
