The flag was approved on October 14, 2008 [1] and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with the assignment of registration number 4495.
Description
βA cloth of green color with a width-to-length ratio of 2: 3, carrying along a free edge a blue wavy strip 1/4 of the length of the cloth separated from the main part by a yellow-white-green ornament in the form of a branch of blackthorn. In the middle of the main part there is an image of a bell and Cossack swords (in white color) and an eight-pointed star above them (blue, with yellow edging) passed through his ear. β
Symbolization Justification
The flag language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic characteristics of a rural settlement.
The blue, edged yellow, eight-pointed star is a symbol of the Virgin , in whose honor one of the temples was built.
The image of the bell allegorically points to the bell tower and Christian churches that existed in the settlement.
The image of the Cossack drafts symbolizes courage, courage and allegorically indicates that the settlement was founded by the Cossacks who moved to these places from neighboring villages, and developed thanks to their support. The drafts pierced through the ear of the bell indicate that the donations of the Cossacks had built temples and a chapel.
