Geography
13 km north-west of Svetlogorsk , 14 km from the Svetlogorsk railway station on the Zhlobin - Kalinkovichi line , 123 km from Gomel .
In the north and west, reclamation canals, on the eastern edge of the Chirka River (a tributary of the Zherdyanka River ).
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 18th century in the Parisk parish of Bobruisk district of Minsk province . In 1800, the wooden Mikhailovsky Church was built. Since 1885, a distillery operated.
In 1924, a school was opened in a hired house. In 1925, in the Rakshinsky village council of the Parichsky district of the Bobruisk district . In 1930, the collective farm Hammer and Sickle was organized. Forge worked.
During World War II, German punishers in February 1944 burned 89 yards and killed 260 villagers.
In 1959, a library and a club were located in the village.
