The Principality of Logozh (Logoisk) - a specific West Russian principality with a center in the city of Logoisk (Logozhsk).
The Logoisk lot was isolated from the Izyaslavl principality in the 2nd half of the 12th century [1] . The exact borders of the principality of the 12th century have not been established.
According to the Ipatiev Chronicle , in 1180 Vseslav Mikulich, an ally of the Izyaslavl and Polotsk-Vitebsk princes, reigned in Logoisk. In 1186, according to the Lavrentievsky Chronicle , Vasilko Volodarevich reigned in Logoisk, apparently from the clan of the Princes Mensky, who, together with Novgorod, Smolensk and Druchan, opposed the inhabitants of Polotsk.
Later, the Goydinimy principality owned the Logoisk principality, including Skirgailo , Vitovt and Andrei Vladimirovich. At this time, the principality consisted of three volosts - Logoisk, Gaynskaya and Horetskaya.
