It is located in the north-eastern part of the region 18 km south-west of Novodugin , 0.1 km west of the P134 Staraya Smolenskaya road, Smolensk - Dorogobuzh - Vyazma - Zubtsov . 5 km south-east of the village is the railway station O.p. The 232nd km on the Vyazma - Rzhev line .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [one]
