Atyrau Agricultural Technical College

Atyrau Agricultural Technical College - was founded on July 18, 1948 in the Eskenei industrial center, Makat district, under the name of Veterinary and Zootechnical College. At the beginning he was engaged in training in two specialties ( livestock specialist , veterinarian ). The first graduates left the college in 1952 . In 1953, the technical school was transferred to the center of the Guryev region, distance learning opened in 1954. On July 14, 1954, the technical school was rebuilt as an agricultural technical school. Thanks to this, such specialties as a mechanical technician, agronomist, accountant, etc. In 1990, the practice building for mechanical technicians was opened. 1996 Agricultural College, 1997 merged with the Guryev Marine Fishery College, and became known as the Agricultural Technical College.
