The 2nd Northern Mariana Islands Football Championship was held in Saipan , at the Oleai Sports Complex . The competition was held in a short time, in February the games for the Northern Mariana Islands Cup should be held, and after the New Year holidays the 8th participant - Onwell Manufacturing , was announced in the championship, as a result, some of the matches were not played.
