28K-0576 - Russian highway of class 1 category II Tver - Rzhev , connecting Kalininsky , Staritsky and Rzhevsky districts of the Tver region . Passes through the city of Staritsa , in it crosses the Volga River . The road is also connecting for the federal roads M10 "Russia" and M9 "Baltic", starting on the first and ending a few kilometers from the second.

The former name, approved for use until Jan 1. 2017 , - A112 , Tver-Rzhev highway. The section to Staritsa is historically called Staritskoye Shosse ; in Tver there is Staritskoye Shosse Street, which is part of the initial part of the road. In Staritsa, on the outskirts of the city, there are Tverskoye Shosse and Rzhevskoye Shosse Streets. In Rzhev, 28K-0576 goes into Nikita Golovni Street.

The length of the A112 road is 123 km, the beginning and end of it are the main post offices of Tver and Rzhev. At 28K-0576 the length is declared 107.3 km, which, apparently, is associated with the transfer of the beginning of the road to the point of departure from the M10 road, the end - to the entrance to the city of Rzhev. The clarification of this will happen over time with the dissemination of USRAD data.

The road is smooth and wide enough, at least 7m, one lane in each direction. For this class of roads - direct comfortable and smooth.
