The flag of the municipality of Eremizino-Borisov rural settlement of the Tikhoretsky district of the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation is an identification mark serving as the official symbol of the municipality.

The flag was approved on October 2, 2006 [1] and on February 20, 2007 it was entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 2931.
Description
βA rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length of 2: 3, yellow with a horizontal blue (cyan) stripe, comprising 1/6 of the width of the cloth, at a distance of 1/6 of the width of the cloth from the upper edge, bearing in the center the red coming out from behind the blue stripe image of the top of the sun. Under the blue stripe is a green figure formed by intertwined through rhombus and a narrow Andreev cross, in each of the four holes accompanied by a small circle of the same color. The size of the figure is 3/5 of the width of the panel. "
Justification of Symbols
The flag in the language of the symbol and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic characteristics of the rural settlement. The settlement consists of the village of the same name and the Ukrainian farm.
The red rising sun symbolizes the main enterprise of the rural settlement - Zarya CJSC, which is fundamental to the development of the rural settlement, and is also a symbol of the origin of the beautiful, life, best hopes.
A green figure formed by a threaded through rhombus and a narrow St. Andrewβs cross , in each of the four holes formed, accompanied by a small circle of the same green color - an ancient sign of a sown field. The green color symbolizes the nature and agriculture of the settlement, as well as fertility, life, health.
The blue bar shows the Borisovka river, along the banks of which the rural settlement is located. The blue color ( azure ) also symbolizes a clear sky, honor, sincerity, virtue and sublime aspirations.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of greatness, wealth and prosperity, strength, sunlight, as well as agriculture.
