The motorway has three lanes in each direction, the speed limit is 110 km / h.

The nearest metro station is Belomorskaya . The routes of Moscow buses No. 817, 851 and H1 , as well as Moscow Region buses No. 38, 41, 43, pass along the highway.

The highway begins in the Molzhaninovsky district on the 15th kilometer of the Leningrad highway and departs from it to the northeast in the direction of the former village of Melkisarovo . Then it turns north and is divided into an access ramp to the Sheremetyevo-2 airport and the continuation of the Sheremetyevo highway .

The highway was named in 1985 at the Sheremetyevo International Airport [1] .

On the highway near Okhtinskaya Street there are two public transport stations of the same name, “International Highway” .
