Education and career
Born July 21, 1939 in Moscow.
He graduated from the theater department of GITIS named after A.V. Lunacharsky ( 1970 ), the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU ( 1975 ).
From 1988 to 1991 V. N. Sadchikov was the chief editor of the regional newspaper Penza Pravda, from 1992 to 1996 . He was the editor of the regional cultural and educational newspaper Good Morning.
From 1994 to 2003 was the head of the Department of mass media and printing of the Penza region . At the same time, from November 1997 to April 1998 he held the post of deputy head of the administration of the Penza region (the head of the region was A.F. Kovlyagin ).
From 2003 to 2008 Engaged in teaching, working as a professor at the department of Penza State University . Candidate of Art History (1975).
Since 2008 - retired.
He died on June 23, 2009 in Penza, at the 70th year of his life.
He was buried at the Newwestern cemetery in Penza on June 25, 2009.
The obituary, signed by Penza Oblast Governor V.K. Bochkarev and members of the regional government , noted that Sadchikov was “an energetic leader, a talented journalist, playwright, art critic, educator” and “thanks to his high professionalism and extensive knowledge, he gained a responsible attitude to the matter deserved authority and high recognition of colleagues ” [1] .
Creativity
Vladimir Nikolaevich Sadchikov was the author of several plays staged in the Penza Regional Drama Theater . In particular: “Several May Days” (production - 1974 ), “Hussar Elegy” in collaboration with N. M. Inyushkin (production - 1994 ), “Games for the Middle Age” (published in the Penza literary magazine “ Sura ”. 1997 . No. 5), "Tours in Italian" (production - 2000 ). In 1999, in Penza, a number of his theatrical plays were published as a separate book [2] .
In collaboration with N. M. Inyushkin, he wrote the book “Aesthetics in Questions and Answers” (M., 1988) and others.
He was also the author of many journalistic publications in the Penza and central press.
Member of the Union of Theater Workers of the USSR - Russia (1961), member of the Union of Journalists of the RSFSR - Russia (1970), member of the Union of Writers of Russia . Honored Worker of Culture of the RSFSR (1989).
