It is located in the central part of the region 6 km north of Yartsev , 7 km north of the Belarus highway M1 , on the banks of the Tsarevich River. 9 km southeast of the village is the Milokhovo railway station on the Moscow - Minsk line .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in July 1941 , liberated in September 1943 . [one]
