Semygovka is a village in the Khislavichi district of the Smolensk region of Russia . It is part of the Upinsky rural settlement. As of 2007, there is no permanent population.

It is located in the southwestern part of the region 10 km northwest of Khislavichi , 29 km west of the A141 Orel - Vitebsk highway, on the banks of the Upinka River. 32 km east of the village is the Vaskovo railway station on the Smolensk - Roslavl line .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in July 1941 and completely burned, liberated in September 1943 . [one]
According to the directories 1981, 1993, the village of the Upinsky village council of Khislavichi district [2] [3] .
