It is located in the eastern part of the region, 8 km northwest of Temkina , 30 km southeast of the M1 Belarus highway, on the banks of the Koshtva River. 1 km north of the village is the Zasetskaya railway station on the Vyazma - Kaluga line .
History
The deadline for mentioning in the systematic lists is 1811. In the 1859 List of Settlements under number 11805, in the village of Kolchuzhino (in the List it appears: Kolchuzhino (Karchuzhina)) there were only 4 yards with a population of 43 people (19 m.p. and 24 b.p.) with a river position. Koshtve. In the List of Populated Places for 1904: 10 households, 75 inhabitants (35 m.p. and 40 b.p.), there is a forge in the village. During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [1] . Near the village is a cemetery. The Zasetskaya station is also nearby . There are no local residents left in the village.
