It is located in the western part of the region, 22 km southeast of Rudny , 5 km north of the Belarus highway M1 , on the banks of the Berezina River. 7 km south-east of the village is the Gusino railway station on the Moscow - Minsk line .
History
During the years of World War II, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in July 1941 , liberated in October 1943 . [one]
