It is located in the north-eastern part of the region 16 km south-east of Novodugin , 5 km east of the P134 Staraya Smolenskaya road, Smolensk - Dorogobuzh - Vyazma - Zubtsov . 3 km north-west of the village is the Alexandrino railway station on the Vyazma - Rzhev line .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [one]
