Geography
It is located in the north-eastern part of the region 12 km south-west of Novodugin , 9 km west of the P134 Staraya Smolenskaya road, Smolensk - Dorogobuzh - Vyazma - Zubtsov .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [2]
