It is located in the central part of the region 10 km north of Kardymov , 6 km south of the Belarus highway M1 , on the banks of the Orlya River. 1.5 km north of the village is the Priselskaya railway station on the Moscow - Minsk line .
History
During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in August 1941 , liberated in September 1943 . [one]
